1. Eligibility Requirements

2. Process Steps
- Request: Email squib_batches0x@icloud.com with your Shopify order number, item type, reason for return/exchange, and supporting proof (e.g., photos of a torn sweater).
- Approval: We respond within 2 business days. Approved requests get a return address (our Sheridan hub: 1797 Edwards Dr, Sheridan, WY, 82801) and unique return ID.
- Ship Back: Send items within 7 days. Pack in original packaging or a secure box; fold sweaters/dresses to avoid wrinkles.
- Finalization: Inspection takes 3-5 days. Eligible exchanges ship in 48 hours; refunds process via Shopify Payments in 3-5 business days.
3. Fee Details
- Defective/Wrong Items: We cover round-trip shipping (reimburse up to $18 / £14 via logistics receipt).
- Personal Reasons: You pay return shipping + 5% restocking fee (covers fabric inspection and repackaging).
- Ineligible Items: Used/worn clothing, washed items, or missing tags—refused, you bear return shipping costs.
