1. Account & Shopify Platform

  • Registration: Provide accurate details when creating an account. Update info promptly (e.g., new shipping address for a knit sweater order).
  • Platform Rules: Our store operates on Shopify—their Terms of Service govern payment processing, account security, and checkout functionality. You’re responsible for unauthorized account use (e.g., unauthorized T-shirt purchases).

2. Orders & Payment

  • Confirmation: After Shopify checkout, we verify stock (e.g., size M dresses, cotton T-shirts) within 2 business days. Orders are confirmed once shipped (track via your Shopify order link).
  • Payments: Prices are final at checkout (excluding taxes/duties). Shopify Payments secures transactions (credit cards, PayPal, etc.). Failed payments require verification; unpaid orders cancel after 48 hours.
  • Cancellations: No personal cancellations post-confirmation. Forced cancellations incur a 6% fee (covers fabric protection packaging for delicate sweaters/dresses).

3. Products & Shipping

  • Specifications: Product details (size charts, fabric type, care instructions) follow Shopify product pages. Minor color variations (e.g., sweater dye shades) are normal due to lighting/fabric batches.
  • Shipping: Adheres to our Shipping Policy. Our Sheridan hub (1797 Edwards Dr, Sheridan, WY, 82801) is not for delivery. A $7 / £5.50 re-shipping fee applies for wrong addresses.

4. Returns & Exchanges

  • Eligibility: 30-day returns (unused, unwashed, original tags attached); 15-day exchanges for defects (e.g., torn T-shirt seams, broken dress zippers).
  • Costs: We cover shipping for quality/wrong items (e.g., incorrect sweater size). For personal reasons, you pay return shipping + 5% restocking fee (processed via Shopify Refunds).
  • Ineligible Items: Used/worn clothing, washed sweaters, or items without original tags—refused.

5. Liability & Updates

  • Liability: We’re responsible for manufacturing defects but not for damage from improper care (e.g., shrinking sweaters due to hot washes). Shopify handles platform issues (e.g., payment errors).
  • Policy Changes: Terms may update—postings on our Shopify store take effect immediately. Continuing to shop signifies acceptance.
