2. Fulfillment & Delivery

Hub Location: Orders dispatch from our Sheridan facility (1797 Edwards Dr, Sheridan, WY, 82801) or partner warehouses.

Timeline: 2-3 business days (U.S.); 4-7 business days (EU/UK); 5-9 business days (Canada/Australia).

Protective Packaging: T-shirts/sweaters in soft tissue paper (prevents pilling); dresses in garment bags (avoids wrinkles); all in rigid mailers or boxes.

3. Shipping Fees

Free standard shipping worldwide on orders over $55 / £42 (applies to all clothing styles).

Orders under the threshold:

$4.99 (U . S .);$

8.99 (EU/UK); $10.99 (Canada/Australia) (includes specialized packaging).

Express Shipping: $15.99 / £12.50 extra for 2-3 business days delivery (U.S./EU/UK only—select at Shopify checkout).

4. Tracking & Support

A tracking number is emailed once shipped. Check status in your Shopify account or our “My Orders” page. For delayed deliveries or damaged items (e.g., torn fabric, wrinkled dresses), email squib_batches0x@icloud.com with photos.

Customs Duties: International orders may incur duties—paid by the recipient per local regulations.
